About Dr. Lopez
Veterans Claim Servants has joined with Rapha Family Centre which is a faith based organization that focuses on providing evidence based psychological treatment and evaluation. We have 2-3 different doctors that specialize in trauma and other mood related conditions. We also provide specialized treatment/evaluation for dementia related conditions and adult ADHD. In our clinic, we see from 5y - 99y and treat a wide range of mental and neurological conditions.
In the present, we accept Cigna, Aetna, Optum, Florida Blue, BCBS, medicare and Humana as insurance payers. If we are not able to accept your insurance, we have a number of financial assistance programs (Payment plans, pay scales and treatment scholarships) that will allow anyone to receive the treatment they are in need of. Apart from that, we will be offering a 60% off special rate for therapy to anyone that arrives as part of this out reach program as EAP program.
